Oliver has almost 20 years of corporate finance and private equity experience.

Oliver has advised founders, private equity and corporate clients throughout Europe. He has worked on over 40 closed deals across sell-sides, carve-outs, buy-sides, joint ventures, mergers, LBOs, IPOs, private placements and minorities. Oliver has advised on transactions in numerous industries and is currently focusing on the telecoms, business services and technology sectors. He is also the founder of March Harvey.

Oliver was previously at UBS Investment Bank where he held a variety of roles in the sell-side M&A team and financial sponsors group, prior to which he worked in private equity at Arcapita.

Oliver graduated from Oxford University in 2005 with a MA (hons) degree.
