Our offering differs from many leading business schools as it is led by practitioners with lived experience, and is based on Richard’s unique background of over 20 years in corporate finance (including at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Rothschild & Co) and over 15 years as a guest lecturer at London Business School (on executive education, EMBA and MBA programmes).
We cover areas such as company valuation, private equity investing, mergers & acquisitions and preparing businesses for sale.
Our bespoke programmes consist of highly interactive sessions which are led in-person at client offices or offsites. Lasting for up to two days, they involve a series of lectures, case studies and class discussions.
Participants typically come together from across geographies and functions (including finance, strategy, commercial, legal and investor relations).
